Flip7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing your use of the flip7 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By continuing to use this platform, you are indicating your full agreement with all the terms stated herein.
1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the flip7 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use flip7's services.
To use this platform, users must:
- At least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction;
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- Not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable in your place of residence;
- Registering with accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
Flip7 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if the information given is found to be false or inaccurate.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any other party. flip7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their account complies with applicable laws. You are prohibited from using the flip7 platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate game systems or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and balance freezing.
3 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the flip7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification;
- Flip7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount;
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days;
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these terms will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Flip7 does not charge any additional fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are beyond our control.
4 Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Flip7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has:
- Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
- Engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion with other users;
- Used the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
Regarding liability limits, flip7 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from service interruptions, unavoidable technical errors, or third-party actions beyond the platform's control. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
5 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Platform Content
All content on the flip7 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of flip7 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, republish or modify any platform content without explicit written permission from flip7's management.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. flip7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Links to external sites are provided solely for reference convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by flip7.
Users are prohibited from using the flip7 name, logo or brand materials in any manner that could mislead the public or damage the platform's reputation.
6 Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Flip7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the applicable terms.
Your continued use of the flip7 platform after any changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the flip7 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
